The "Cycle tour through green Hanover" offers groups a structured opportunity to get to know the diverse green spaces in the capital of Lower Saxony. In 3 to 3.5 hours, the tour takes cyclists to important parks and gardens in the city, accompanied by an experienced tour guide.

Cycle tour route: Hanover's green oases

The tour starts at the Tourist Information Centre at Ernst-August-Platz 8, from where the route leads past the Maschsee lake, through the Eilenriede - one of the largest urban forests in Europe - and to the Herrenhausen Gardens. Lesser-known places along the River Ihme are also explored. During the trip, the tour guide provides factual information about the city's history and the special features of the places visited.
