GOP Children’s Musical – Jim Knopf and the Wild 13

Jim Button and the Wild 13 – The Children’s Musical Experience at the GOP

With *Jim Knopf and the Wild 13*, this lovingly staged musical production by C² CONCERTS, in collaboration with UHPR | DAS PROMOTIONBÜRO, brings the next great adventure of Jim Knopf, Lukas the engine driver and the faithful steam locomotive Emma to the stage.

Following their successful first adventure, the journey continues – and this time it takes them out to sea. Jim Knopf has grown older in the meantime and is grappling with an important question: where does he actually come from? Together with Lukas and Emma, he sets off to unravel the mystery of his origins. Along the way, the three encounter extraordinary characters such as the mermaid Sursulapitschi and the Sea King, have to navigate the dangerous Magnetic Rocks, and finally come face to face with the dreaded pirate gang „The Wild 13“.

This children’s musical combines an exciting story with catchy tunes, humorous moments and plenty of heart. What makes the experience particularly special is the active involvement of the audience: together, the audience members create sounds such as rain and the sound of the sea, becoming part of the action on stage. This turns every performance into a special and interactive experience for the whole family.

Just like Michael Ende’s books, the musical tells a story of friendship, courage and solidarity – and of rising to the challenge. An imaginative adventure for Lummerland fans of all ages, recommended for children aged four and over.

Show duration: approx. 90 minutes plus break
